Water ingress through air handling equipment

In the course of operating a storage shed for a Bordeaux wine grand cru, the operator was confronted with the problem of water infiltration into his storage space. Our teams, mandated to defend the interests of the manufacturer of the roof-tops controlling the temperature of the hangar, deployed lifting equipment adapted to the particular dimensions of the building and ensured coordination between the lifter and the company specializing in leak detection on buildings.

Thanks to the T.E.C. teams’ in-depth knowledge of the products manufactured by its customers, and in collaboration with the Quality teams at the factory producing the roof-tops, the origin of the water penetration in the building was established, finally exonerating the manufacturer. The T.E.C. teams then drew up a costed solution to put an end to the damage.
