Each Expert holds a Level I diploma, either an Engineering or a Master’s degree, and has solid experience related to your activity. They also receive regular training to ensure they are at the cutting edge of innovation.
As soon as we receive a mission order, we can send a specialist expert anywhere in the world in less than 24 hours. In urgent cases, this can be reduced to less than a day.
There are two ways of tracking your case: directly by contacting your dedicated Expert on his mobile phone or via the Expert Web platform. Expert Web allows you to consult your file online, track the progress of your case and freely download documents and reports.
Your main contact is the specialist expert assigned to your case. He or she will be at your side from the moment your case is opened until it is resolved, to help you avoid any intermediaries and save you time.
